Hi, I’m Ash — welcome to Here & There.

This is where I write about the food I eat and the places I go, without trying too hard to make either look prettier than they actually are. No overly staged shots, no filters doing the heavy lifting. Just real cups of hot chocolate, real plates of food, real streets and cities, captured as I actually experienced them.

Food is mostly Bengaluru-focused here — roundups of the city’s best desserts and drinks, along with honest reviews of restaurants I visit. If a dish was good, I’ll say so. If the ambience didn’t work or the service was slow, I’ll say that too.

Travel is where I write about the places I’ve been, city by city — the small moments, the food I found, the things that stuck with me. Not a highlight reel, just how the trip actually went.

I started this blog because I wanted a space that felt honest — somewhere between a diary and a guide, useful if you’re planning your own trip or your next café stop, but written the way I’d actually tell a friend about it.
